We renew our commitment to inclusion and excellence in service by celebrating the second edition of“Training Days”. This year, the initiative expands to more comprehensively address community needs, with special attention to Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Alzheimer’s.
With these specific workshops, we seek not only to raise awareness about these conditions, but also to provide concrete tools for inclusion and effective support.
During theMay 7, 8 and 14, training sessions will be held covering a wide range of topics. At Miramar Shopping Center we seek to improve thecustomer service during the summer campaign, training staff in areas such as hospitality, English and emergency protocols.
This training aims to not only improve the customer experience, but also create a safe and welcoming environment for everyone.
