Next 12 December 2017 we’ll enjoy the live opera show The Nutcracker by Pyotr Il’yich Tchaikovsky. We’ll broadcast it live from the Royal Opera House in London at 8 pm at Cinesur Miramar.
The splendid production of The Nutcracker, created by Peter Wright in 1984 and performed by the Royal Ballet, is the quintessential production of this timeless ballet show.
Is Christmas’ Eve, and Drosselmeyer the magician takes young Clara on a fantastic adventure where time stops, the family living room becomes a big war field, and a magical trip takes them from the snow forest to the Land of Sweets.
This brilliant score by Tchaikovsky, the wonderful and festive scenography and the captivating dance by the Royal Ballet, including a refined “pas de deux” between the Sugar Plum Fairy and her Prince, make this Nutcracker the Christmas’ experience par excellence.
